Bagpuss REACTS to Grayson Perry

Now Bagpuss has comfortably retired to Emily’s shop window in our Heritage Museum, it’s fair to say he doesn’t get out much.

With our new Grayson Perry exhibition opening just down the road at The Beaney, we thought this would be an opportune moment to send Bagpuss out for the morning to enjoy some contemporary modern art.

In all honesty, when Bagpuss arrived we were a little nervous – Bagpuss is the first cat to preview the exhibition, and his opinion was likely to set the tone for its entire stay in The Beaney.

Just what would Bagpuss make of this Turner-Prize winning artist?

So Bagpuss, having now viewed all the tapestries, tell us…

What did you think?
