A co-curated exhibition, working with the local community to generate new stories, new perspectives and new ways to access the museum collection.

The Beaney House of Art & Knowledge is beginning a long term programme of work, continuing to develop an approach towards becoming more inclusive, accessible and representative.

This exhibition frames the start of the journey by stoking curiosity through objects and artworks in the collection, posing questions for response and presenting a platform for visitors, local groups and communities to have their say and help to shape our work through collaboration.

We believe everybody should feel welcome to be part of the Museums’ family. Whether you are just passing through or a regular visitor, our service is open to all.
