The Beaney How to get here

This autumn we’re hosting a photography exhibition by young people supported by The Prince’s Trust. The Drawing Room will be hosting a photography exhibition featuring 60+ images taken over the course of a week-long series of workshops that took place here at The Beaney.

This summer at The Beaney House of Art and Knowledge, The Prince’s Trust, in partnership with Benjamin Bowles Photography, delivered a week long series of workshops for young people not in education, employment or training. These workshops focused on building the young people’s knowledge of photography skills and theory; with daily practical sessions where the young people would go around Canterbury and use their new skills to take interesting and inspiring photographs. This exhibition is a celebration of all their hard work and showcases their photography of people, places and moments in time.

Location: First Floor, The Drawing Room, The Beaney
