The Beaney How to get here

An exhibition showcasing artwork from school children across Kent, responding to the question – what makes you unique?

  • What Makes You Unique?
Staff at Pilgrims Hospices spend a lot of time finding out what matters to each of their patients as individuals, so that they give them the care that is right for them. With this in mind, Pilgrims Hospices decided to ask school children across east Kent to think about what makes them special and to create a work of art which expresses their individuality  – what makes them unique? This exhibition showcases a broad selection of work from the numerous countywide submissions.

Pilgrims hopes this exhibition will help both the young artists involved, and visitors to the exhibition, to value their own individuality, and realise the importance of talking about what matters to them at all ages and stages of life.

Location: The Front Room, Ground Floor, The Beaney
