Book of Days: Canterbury’s Covid Diaries records a turbulent year (March 2020 – March 2021) through the eyes of more than 100 contributors or diarists living or working in the Canterbury district, ranging from officers at the City Council to volunteers, artists, nurses, therapists, teachers and schoolchildren. Each has their own individual voice, vision and experience of the crisis, but what unites them all is the desire to persevere, to maintain a semblance of normality, and vitally, to protect the most vulnerable in society.
