The Murder of Thomas Becket in Canterbury Cathedral painting by Miley
Miley has joined us this week on a student placement at The Beaney and took an interest in one of...
Using a domestic sewing machine, she translates delicate line drawings into tender and tactile stitched portraits of people she knows or has worked with.
The exhibition opened last weekend in The Beaney’s Front Room Gallery, and will be open to visitors (absolutely free!) until Sunday 27 November.

Georgie Meadows: Stitched drawings is a Wellcome Collection Touring Exhibition. Supported by The Canterbury Auction Galleries.
