Please note, due to COVID-19 The Beaney Café closed on 16 March 2020 and currently remains closed. Please bear with us as we reopen The Beaney in phases to ensure the safety of our visitors and staff.

The Beaney café is the perfect place to relax, unwind and contemplate.

Whether you are stopping by for your morning espresso, utilising the Free Wi-fi or enjoying lunch with your friends and family, customers are able to enjoy an ever-changing menu of soups, cream teas, toasted paninis, sandwiches, locally made cakes and sweet treats.

We also offer a range of Vegetarian, Vegan and Gluten Free options.

The Beaney Café is located in the centre of the museum on the ground floor adjacent to the main Information Desk. A selection of the museum’s vintage bikes adorn the walls and visitors can also admire the fabulous Museumaker window designed by artist Laura Thomas to mark the reopening of the Beaney in 2012.
