Please note work will be taking place on Tuesday 17th, Wednesday 18th to Friday 20th, and Wednesday 25th March in the following locations: Visitor Information Centre/Library Entrance, Special Exhibition Gallery Atrium, and the bottom of The Old Stairwell. However we will remain completely open as normal and endeavour to keep any disruption to a minimum. We thank you for your understanding.

Admission

Entrance to The Beaney House of Art and Knowledge is free. However, a charge may apply for certain special exhibitions and events. Please see our events listings for full details.

Guided Tours

We offer pre-booked highlights tours for groups of up to 30 people (min 8 people). The cost is £6 for adults and £3 for children (minimum £48 spend applies). The tour, lasting approx 45 mins, gives a fascinating insight into the stories behind The Beaney building and its diverse collections. Tours must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance and are subject to availability. Book online here and select ‘The Beaney Highlights Tour’.
