Please note some of the stones from the mosaic on the front of our building have started to fall away. We have put up scaffolding to investigate and fix the problem as well as keep the public safe. However we remain open as usual while the work takes place.

Entrance to The Beaney House of Art and Knowledge is free. However, a charge may apply for certain special exhibitions and events. Please see our events listings for full details.
The Beaney offers an exciting programme of learning workshops, activities and tours. Find out more here
We offer pre-booked highlights tours for groups of up to 30 people (min 8 people). The cost is £6 per person (minimum £48 spend applies). The tour, lasting approx 45 mins, gives a fascinating insight into the stories behind The Beaney building and its diverse collections. Tours must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance and are subject to availability. Book online here and select ‘The Beaney Highlights Tour’.
