Hire our Meeting Room
With stunning views overlooking the rooftops of Canterbury, our Meeting Room is a modern, vibrant and practical space which can be hired for Training Days, Special Events, School Workshops, Learning Purposes, Presentations and Conferences.
Our experienced Events Team regularly host activities and workshops which encourage exploration, discovery and creativity.
As part of the booking, delegates will have the opportunity to explore our fabulous gallery spaces, be inspired by our collections, enjoy world class temporary exhibitions and learn about Canterbury’s rich heritage.
Modern tables and chairs are available for use, along with projectors and audio speakers on request. Facilities can also be made available for teas, coffees, lunch buffet catering and refreshments throughout your visit.
With food and drink supplied by some of Kent’s finest caterers, our team can work with you to provide the perfect catering package for your event.
Meeting Room Hire and Catering Costs
Commercial Hire – School / Concession rate – per half day £95.00 plus vat
Commercial Hire – School / Concession rate – per full day £135.00 plus vat
Commercial Hire – per half day £150.00 plus vat
Commercial Hire – per full day £220.00 plus vat
Costs include the use of a projector and projector screen, black-out blind and free Wifi.
All proceeds will support the work of The Beaney.
All prices exclude VAT
Teas/Coffees and biscuits may be available on request. We do not cater for lunches but we are able to recommend local caterers.
