The exhibition will be complemented by a series of seven free inclusive workshops in the Front Room Gallery at The Beaney that are designed with people with learning disabilities and are suitable for all ages and abilities.

Experience a Books Beyond Words book club session. It’s a fun and creative way of exploring and telling stories.

Makaton Taster Session
Makaton is a sign and symbol language used by people with speech, language, and communication difficulties. The aim of this session is to give a general introduction to what Makaton is and who uses it, with the opportunity to learn a few signs and symbols.

Inclusive Music Workshop
