The Front Room is a dynamic and collaborative temporary exhibition space. The gallery provides the opportunity for community generated exhibitions to be displayed and celebrated and for emerging and established artists, art, craft and community groups (including schools and colleges) to showcase and sell their work.
With stunning views overlooking the rooftops of Canterbury, our Meeting Room is a modern, vibrant and practical space which can be hired for Training Days, Special Events, School Workshops and Presentations & Conferences.
Your support enables us to continue to provide superb facilities and showcase first-class exhibitions, sharing our cityβs rich heritage with residents, visitors and future generations.
We are always keen to work with volunteers, both at The Beaney and across our other museums in the city. Volunteering is an excellent way to learn new skills and meet new people whether you are interested in getting into a career in museums, or would just like to help out.
Canterbury Museums & Galleries can supply images of items in its collections for personal or commercial use upon request.
